If you believe your original referral date is incorrect, please contact the Welsh Gender Service directly by phone on 029 2183 6612, or email them at cav.wgs_enquiries@wales.nhs.uk
Umbrella Cymru can help you track your original referral date if necessary. If you would like the XIST staff to be on hand for this, please include xist@gender.wales when sending your details be email.
Please include your name, DOB, address and contact number in your email. If you know your unique reference number (from letters received from WGS), please include this to help staff locate your information quickly and accurately.
